In their roles as VENZA Security Analysts, Carmi and Baffoe-Bonnie will provide one-on-one support to many clients enrolled in the Everest™ and Denali™ programs, including offering guidance through the PCI DSS framework and Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) completion. Additionally, they will deliver targeted security guidance and solutions to address the specific organisational needs of each client. This includes conducting both remote and on-site property assessments to analyze and assess compliance and security posture, as well as enhancing security processes and procedures.  

Carmi lives in Rockville, MD, and has a robust background in hospitality IT support. Residing in Silver Spring, MD, Baffoe-Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University.
