VENZA Expands Proctored Training Program
In October 2021, VENZA’s Customer Success Team piloted a novel training method that certifies large amounts of team members at once. As of this month, the VENZA Proctored Training program has certified 4000 staff members all over the world.
“We are targeting hourly employees attending pre-shift meetings,” Macarena Carballo, Director of Customer Success said. “This 15-minute live training format is intended to replace our Basic Learning Path, which is currently 45 minutes. We can automatically certify whoever attends, and it can also replace group training sessions to effectively decrease time spent learning and improve productivity.”
Due to the success of the Proctored Training program, VENZA is now making it available in Spanish. The first Spanish session will be held on Wednesday May 4th, 2022 at 8 am (Eastern). From that point forward, the Customer Success Team will hold the webinar on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 8 am (Eastern). English Sessions are hosted every Wednesday at 10 am and 3 pm (Eastern).
