“Today’s announcement is another remarkable milestone in VENZA’s strategic growth journey, building upon our continued momentum and strong innovation trajectory,” says Jeff Venza, the company’s Chairman & CEO. “By acquiring CyberTek, we create a force-multiplier effect in addressing some of the biggest struggles for hoteliers today: staying ahead of technological change while ensuring compliance and protecting their business and guest data against vulnerabilities and threats.”
Founded in 1997, CyberTek has grown by helping hundreds of businesses maximize their technology investments’ value. CyberTek offers technical consulting support, network architecture, systems procurement, and complete implementation services along with managed IT services. Combining forces with CyberTek diversifies and strengthens VENZA’s capabilities and rounds out its Managed Security Services. The addition of next-level talent in-house immediately enhances its ability to deliver unrivaled end-to-end cybersecurity and IT services. When a security breach occurs, VENZA will now be self-reliant, able to deploy help at a moment’s notice to handle issues like ransomware attacks. They can also offer additional expert guidance and advice from a broader perspective while on the ground to optimize systems. Joshua Bergen, President of VENZA, has been a long-time advocate for bolstering the company’s MSSP potential and was a key influencer in the acquisition.
Jeff added, “We’re delighted to welcome the entire CyberTek team to the VENZA family! Our shared values and culture make them a natural fit for the global brand we’ve built over the years. The collective experience and expertise amplify our in-house resources and efficiencies. We can ensure that data privacy and security are never compromised.”
David Neel, CIO of CyberTek, commented, “VENZA is a recognized and trusted industry leader with a remarkable team, and we’re thrilled with this new alliance. The partnership represents an outstanding outcome for all involved. Bringing together our strengths benefits clients from both organizations who can expect to receive an even broader set of best-in-class services and solutions.”
