Letisha is a Customer Success Coach at Venza. She’s a high-energy, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who excels in a challenging and competitive environment. Originally from New York City but has been living in Puerto Rico for over 20 years.

She has a BA from the University of Puerto Rico in Social Sciences and Criminal Justice with a Law & Society concentration. She also completed a multi-disciplinary concentration in Forensic Psychology.

Prior to joining Venza, Letisha held leadership roles as a Benefit Administrator, Savings & Retirement specialist and in the Communication industry. Her education and experience allow her to exceed expectations while meeting challenging corporate goals.
