Ben joins us with over twenty years in payments & data security experience having worked with all types of merchants including some of the largest hospitality brands. Being a self-described “payments nerd” Ben has a thorough understand of all aspects of PCI and related components as they impact customers’ electronic payments environment. This also includes an understanding of Fraud management utilizing machine learning/AI tools to identify both positive and negative events that can impact a customer’s payment environment. Lastly, Ben has a reputation for being a customer champion and will be an ideal fit for our customer culture here at VENZA.

When not working, talking to customers, or traveling Ben be found at his home in Dallas, TX being his wife’s landscaper architect. He is also a fan of Baylor Athletics in Waco, but he does not know Chip or Joanna.
