In this role, he will lead outstanding Customer Success, Security, and Risk/Compliance teams to deliver exceptional programs to VENZA’s clients.

In addition to departmental leadership, Williams will collaborate with the Sales and Product Teams to refine VENZA’s programs, solutions, and services to meet the needs of clients and provide positive user experiences. He will report directly to the CEO.

Williams’ journey with VENZA began in 2018. He quickly demonstrated his expertise and commitment, progressing through various roles, including Customer Success Coach, Senior Customer Success Coach, and Customer Success Manager. His rise through the ranks is a testament to his dedication, skill, and deep understanding of client needs in the hospitality sector.

Williams holds a Master’s in Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valdosta State University and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
