Atrium Hospitality Picks VENZA for Enhanced PCI DSS Compliance
As of August 18, 2021, Atrium Hospitality, which is ranked as one of the nation’s largest hotel operators, has selected VENZA for further enhanced Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance. The agreement comprises more than 80 hotels in 28 states and the company’s corporate office in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Atrium’s national hotel management portfolio represents well-known hotel brands like Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Wyndham for clean, safe guest stays. The company also operates 3 million+ square feet of event space for reimagined gatherings. Atrium Hospitality ranked #1 in customer satisfaction among third-party hotel management companies in the J.D. Power 2021 Third-Party Hotel Management Guest Satisfaction Benchmark.
“Two of Atrium Hospitality’s core values that drive our business success are Perseverance and Service,” said Rakesh Gupta, Atrium Hospitality’s VP, Information Technology. “In our guest service-focused world, Perseverance is about being better than we were yesterday, and Service is about delivering the best guest experience possible. By engaging a reputable company like VENZA and its Everest program, we can further enhance our compliance and data protection efforts across our national hotel management portfolio.”
Everest is VENZA’s premium program enabling the development, implementation, and management of a robust data security program and SAQ preparation for PCI DSS compliance. And while VENZA provides the tools to assess, track, and document compliance status, each property and company has different needs and requirements.
“Collaboration is at the heart of what Atrium Hospitality and VENZA provide,” Juli Barter, VP of Sales at VENZA, said. “Which is why we’re so excited to work with them to meet their PCI DSS obligations. VENZA firmly believes that satisfying and successful results can only come from including and collaborating with as many relevant stakeholders as possible. Our Everest program is designed to adapt to the uniqueness of everyone we work with, which makes it ideal for a company like Atrium Hospitality, which represents such a diverse management portfolio.”
