Today we discussed Standard Operating Practices (SOP) as a trend in training solutions.

We made reference to:

• How there appears to be more attention to operational compliance, a more formalized step away from suggested best practices.
• How there is a trend to deploy SOPs via technology-based informal learning platforms such as eGuides.
• How there is a trend to expand SOPs from health and safety practices, a more traditional arena for SOPs, to include the standard practices for software system usage.
